The dc12v 600w led driver is the heart of your LED lighting system, much like a car's engine without a good working one your LED system will never be the best it could be. A good power supply is key to keeping your LEDs on and shining brightly all night long with a high efficiency that keeps those monthly electricity bills low.
These premium power supplies come in large wattage and voltage models that are ideal for many different projects. LED landscape and architectural lighting is a great use for these with the flexibility to run multiple strings from the same constant voltage driver. Also popular are LED grow applications where larger wattage loads such as COBs need a bigger sized driver to drive them at a safe current with varying voltage limits. They are even waterproof making them a no-brainer for outdoor applications where it may rain or snow.
They are also certified for Class 1, Div 2 hazardous location luminaires meaning they will work well in any outdoor or indoor application where it is likely to get hot or damp. With an on-board EMI filter, short circuit protection, over voltage protection, over temperature protection and more they are a reliable power source for any project.
The HLG and the more advanced HLG-C series are Mean Well's flagship line of constant current or constant voltage LED drivers. They are the largest power supplies that we offer and can handle some of the largest LED loads that you can throw at them. Both offer an on-board potentiometer that can be used to set the output current to something other than the rated value. They can be hooked up to our popular 0-10V dimmer which makes dimming your LEDs as easy as flipping a switch.
