The results showed that the FWHM was extremely low and showed a narrow distribution across a four-inch wafer. In addition, the VF of these micro-LED pixels was very low and did not change significantly with changing injection current density. These findings indicate that the pp100 led pixel mesh provides a high-performance LED display with a long lifespan for AR and VR applications. In contrast, a conventional LED display exhibits a significant increase in FWHM with increasing current density.
